Meet Cecil
I'm a carpenter, artist, and enthusiast of all things creative.
I'm a Renaissance man, a Jack-of-all. I learned proper discipline and work ethic throughout my time in the US Army Reserve (Medic), although I'm not your typical 9-5 cubicle worker.
I've been a contractor, handyman, bartender, Army medic, EMT, medical assistant, and I recently spent 5 years pursuing a career in the film industry down in LA.
I'm a creative soul, with hobbies ranging across all art forms, and I'm currently becoming obsessed with woodworking!
My Principles
●
Creativity Over Perfection
I’ve learned to get out of my own way to allow the creative process to unfold and over time have realized perfection is subjective.
●
Mistakes Happen, They Ain’t Gonna Kill Ya
Mistakes are going to happen. Fix them and learn from them, or incorporate them into the final product - nine times out of ten they add to the end result.
●
Strive For Success but Accept Failure
Sometimes two steps back will bring clarity and lead you three steps forward.
●
Patience
Deadlines are important! But patiently concentrating on preparation and understanding can be the key to bringing it all together.
